Our standard MOQ is 200 kg per product per color. For new customers or sample orders, we accept smaller trial orders (20-100 kg) to help you evaluate our coatings before scaling up.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit at sight), and Western Union for small amounts. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance against B/L copy. Other terms can be discussed for established customers.
Standard lead time is 10-15 days for production after deposit confirmation, plus shipping time. Sea freight to most major ports is 20-35 days depending on destination. Air freight is 5-7 days. We also offer expedited production for urgent orders.
Yes, we provide free samples (1-2 kg) for quality evaluation. Customer is responsible for courier charges (DHL/FedEx/TNT), which can be deducted from your first formal order. Sample lead time is 3-5 days.
Yes, we offer full custom color matching service. Please provide a color sample, RAL/Pantone code, or detailed description. Our lab will match the color and provide a sample for approval within 5-7 working days. Custom colors typically require MOQ of 500 kg.
Our products are certified to ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and comply with EU REACH, RoHS, and other regional regulations. We can provide test reports (salt spray, adhesion, VOC) upon request. See our Certificates page for full details.
Yes, we provide OEM/ODM services including custom formulation, custom packaging, private labeling, and brand design. Our OEM team has extensive experience working with distributors and brand owners worldwide. Minimum annual volumes apply.
Standard shelf life is 12 months for water-based coatings and 24 months for solvent-based products, stored in original sealed containers between 5-35°C. After opening, containers should be tightly sealed and used within 3 months. Avoid freezing.
