Surface Preparation
Clean substrate thoroughly, removing oil, dust, and contaminants. Pay special attention to galvanized layer treatment.
Primer Application
Apply water-based anti-rust primer using spray, roller, dip, or brush method.
Drying
Allow primer to dry completely. Typical: 4-8 hours at 23°C with proper ventilation.
Topcoat Application
Apply water-based anti-corrosion topcoat to achieve specified film thickness.
Final Drying
Ensure thorough ventilation. Protect from rain for at least 10 hours after application.
Touch-Up & Inspection
After installation, inspect and touch up any damaged areas. Perform final quality check.
